I usually just rinse then brush (flossing is an erratic thing for me).
I was reading the flouride rinse bottle that we got for Jason (he is cursed with weak teeth like me) and it specifically says to rinse last so that got me thinking about when I should be using the Crest Rinse that we are trying this go round. The bottles just say how much and how long, not when. Even the Listerine bottle just says how much and for how long.
