How many minutes does your snooze last? Is 9 the universal number? If so, why????

Our current alarm clock snoozes for only 7. Everyone I had ever seen previous was for 9. I think I like the 7....its shorter, and after it does it, it's just not worth it to hit it again.

I think it's 9 minutes here too. I never use it. Hubby however, uses it a LOT. I've thought about gluing the sucker so it won't work.

10 minutes.
I snooze for an hour. 
I set my clock ahead 10 minutes and subtract to get the real time each snooze. Nothing like doing a little math to start your day.

I disconnected my snooze bar many moons ago. Now I have to reset the alarm if I want to snooze. Alarm usually goes off at 4:15 and I reset it to 4:30 and then get up.

Confession: I'm not a runner. 
I sleep like the dead. The alarm clock has already been going off for
twenty minutes before I even roll over to slap said snooze button.
No wimpy little 'beep beep beep' is going to wake me.

9 mins, across the room, often, about 2-3 times. been turned into social services for alarm clock abuse.
my little BEPP BEEP BEEP has about as much chance as a snowball in hell.
works for waking up other that need to wake me up though.

not loud enough to wake me from the near dead state that is my "slumber".
Once, when I was in the guards...at guard camp...I slept through an entire attack on our camp. I didn't wake up...there was gunfire, and simulated artillery (think big booms) and I didn't know anything about it.
I'm a heavy sleeper. My subconscious laughs at the timex alarm.
