Clif Shot Bloks

Serving Size 3 bloks
2 Servings Per Container

Carbs 24 c per serving

I ate these on my run today. It wasn't too warm out, about 50 F, and I left them in the original container.
I had the Cran-Razz flavor, very tasty. These seem just like giant gummy fish/worms. I didn't like how the blok seemed to get stuck around my teeth.
I ate the whole 2 servings one piece at a time, over miles 5 through 8 or so. I did like just taking in one blok at a time. I did not have any stomach upset or gi distress that I sometimes get with gels. I also did not have to wash them down with water either.
I will probaly buy more and experiment with these further.

I think they are about the size of a regular die.

Yes, about the size of a regular die (as in dice...)
I don't remember the price of the Cliff Bloks, I will have to look them up to see if they are comparable to a gel.

But frankly, they can't beat my generc giant cinamon-flavored jelly beans( they are about 4 jelly beans for 20 carbs) and cost about 1.99 for a 1/2 lb at the local grocery store.
