Philly Pholk: Speedwork = 5K

This one is the 3rd Annual Hibernian Hike 5K to benefit the Officer Daniel Boyle Scholarship Fund. Sunday 9/28, run starts at 10am and the accompanying 1 mile fun fun/walk at 10:02am. I'm doing the run, which looks to be the same course from my last 5K on the 7th (starts at the 8th police district in the northeast, Red Lion & Academy), and The Paramedic will be doing the 1 mile walk.
