This is one of my favorite races, down at Forbidden Drive. Shaded, no real hills to speak of, and very well run!!! I'll likely go but probably won't sign up til closer to the event depending on how things are progressing. Racing is not my focus this year.

Yep. it's right around the corner and this is where I run, but there's no way I'll be able to run it this time. A great race for anyone who's interested.

It's not terribly far from Phil's Tavern, where we are going next week, either, as far as post race gathering. We went there last time I ran this one. I'm pretty sure my running partner is doing it and some people from my tri club since this is one of our running routes.

Still a maybe at this point, 5 miles could be a stretch for me, but I'm not counting it out yet.

If you know where Chestnut Hill College is, Toz, the entrance to FD is right down the street from Bruno's cafe at the corner of Germantown and Northwestern Aves, right across from the college.

I am still waiting to hear from a couple of my non-RR running buds from the old Posse. McMenamin's after sounds like a plan if Go can tell us again where it is. I may even try to run this time, depending on how my run today goes and if I can get a couple more in before next weekend.

Well, Lioness and Neil are coming also, and possibly one or two of the old Posse (I am still twisting arms) so we should have a nice little crowd.
