Great episode last night, no?
I thought the nerds were goners last night, I really kind of like them. Not sure why all the drama last night, part of why I like them is they usually are pretty level. My favorite team though I think is the hippies, they have a sense of humor (LOVED the bowling moms shirts!), they're smart, they do know languages and they're a little conniving (wheel chair rallies distracting the frat boys while secretly being on the best flight!) Although they look they like smell. Bad. I cringe everytime they hug someone.

Frat boys = boo. I hate them.

Lake and Michelle = boo. I have an overwhelming urge to punch Lake.

Fran and Barry I'm hot-cold with but its cool to see the token "old couple" do this well.

I'm shocked it was almost Ray and Yolanda.

And no love lost for the "double Ds"

Oh, wow, man! Like, I gotta root for those dudes! Far out 'n' stuff.

You think that their Yielding will come back to haunt them?
Michelle: she's okay. I liked it when she told Lake, "Don't get ugly." I like her.
Lake: Go ahead, punch him!

The dark horses.

Not me. I wasn't shocked.

The Frat Boys will be bummed. And they're good enough at the game to be around for a while and maybe, just maybe, use the Yield on Lake/Michelle for taking away their, um, diversions.

should we set up a Amazing Race pool?

Something like order the teams from most likely to least likely to win. Points awarded as each team is eliminated-

any takers?

I don't see E/J being that loyal to the double D's to go back on Lake and Michelle. I also don't see L/M being close enough to E/J for them to be a threat anyway. What I want to happen is for E/J to be lured in by some women in another country and fall into last as a result. Unfortuantely I think they are reasonable contenders for the million. As are the hippies. It would be cool if the nerds or someone could do it, but the race is more physical than I think they could handle. If I was going on TAR, I'd get BUFF first. Then learn to drive a stick, Double Ds.

Unfortunately at this point it seems kind of predictable. Hippies or E/J. Or do you think someone else? Do you think the "Palomino" couple has a chance? (chicken of the sea anyone? teehee)

Forget the BUFF! But your plan to learn to drive a standard transmission is exactly what I said last night. How can someone, who's ever watched TAR, not realize that, in Europe, using a clutch and shifting gears is kind of necessary?

I mean, it's not like anyone in the past has ever had problems with it!!

You weren't here last night, were you?

"Oh, I want them to think that I'm a dumb blonde...I can use that to my advantage."

Duh.

He only said "palomino" once...she said "PAL-er-mo" over and over.

Besides learning to drive a vehicle with a standard transmission, you might want to look at an atlas...maybe learn a couple of words in another language!

From the preview, that's the couple Most Likely To Be Eliminated.

But there's a lot of luck involved, too.

Is there another thread? I wasn't here last night.

Hey, I happen to like blondes! They're sweet. But as far as the stereotypical blonde, she's proving to be one.

Almost as bad is the production crew....they were told that they had to fly to Palermo, Italy. Yeah, right. Did you happen to catch what the Italians had to say?

"Palermo, SICILY."

Oh good catch! I didn't hear that. "I'm going to Miami, USA" teehee
