Good running, Rob. Pics? Do they allow cameras in Ohio?

I didn't take any. I'll check the website out to see what's there.

Rob was smokin' out there. I saw him on the back portion of the out and back part of the course (I was still trudging on the out portion) and he looked really strong! Great run especially the week after a 20 miler.

Congrats on winning the shoes - I think you should get a pair of racing flats for the shorter races - you fast!

PH - there are no cameras in Ohio - we're still using slate and a chisel for our finish photos...

cry Rob ran a race without me....

Excellent pacing Rob, you are very consistent. I guess I won't ask if you tried the drinking water on the run!

Now you have two Coolmax shirts...and great going on the shoes!!

I'll have you know I hit three water stops as practice! I only inhaled water up my nostril one time. I'd get about half the glass down and dump the other half on my head.
