What is it with European pensioners and their attraction to autobahns ?? this must be the fourth story in about six months...

Motorway shortcut for OAP in wheelchair

An OAP (Old Age Pensioner) was caught driving in an electric wheelchair on a busy motorway in Switzerland.

The pensioner decided to go on the motorway near the town of Stans when his bus didn't turn up.

Local police were forced to remove him from the motorway. He told them he was "taking a shortcut" to the town.
