Who is in for the largest road race in the free world? I think the applications will come out in the Atlanta newspaper this Sunday. I will be trying for a sub seeded number on my application (not that it really matters for this race).
It will be very, very tough to do a get together at this race due the sheer size of the event. But it would be nice to know which RF'ers are doing the Peachtree this year.

not me. even if i wanted to run a 10k down p'tree street in the middle of the summer, 55000 people is waaaay too many for me. give me the meat market at the chattahoochee anyday....
i might be willing to make an appearance to show support for other RR'ers though...

I'M IN... it'll be nice as in i live within 2 miles of the park.
my suggestion is if we want to meet is we meet at the Carribou coffee on 10th and Piedmont, or Peidmont and Monroe, more than likely less crowded (plus closer to my house )

I usually don't run this race, but I do work as a volunteer. I have worked setting up the start and finish areas. The last couple of years I worked the Lenox Marta station, but I think I'm going to ask for a water station this time. I've never worked a water station in a race.
On the other hand there is some expectation of my employer that I will run the PRR so maybe I'll choose a volunteer activitiy that lets me do both this year.

It looks like I'm getting a PRR number. The check cleared the bank a few days ago! Anyone else get a number?

Due to my injury, I'm bagging the PRR this year. Therefore, I'm selling my Peachtree number (if anyone is interested).
