The birth mother always called me "sis" once the boys were born. Hated it then, hate it now (not that we ever speak anymore.)
Step-dad did the SabrinaShawnMark thing to all of us growing up. Covered his bases. I do that with my kids!
With Dad is was muffin or baby if I wasn't in trouble, and Sabrina Ann if I was.
Dad still calls me baby, but calls his wife baby too, so it can be confusing.
