I have always been fit. I am good at many sports and have been respected by my friends. However, I have painy shoulders and base of neck. I walk around frowned all the time. Do you have any idea what is wrong with me and how to deal with it? Thanks.

The main problem behind pain in your shoulders and base of your neck is in spine. Compressed disc may rupture and the content may spill into the surrounding area which is full of nerves. Since the gelatin like substance that usually fills your disc presses the nerve you feel the pain. You have to check with your doctor to see what seems to be the problem since the scenario I have just described is not the only one. There are many things that can go wrong with your spine so you need a professional to take a look at it.
