Massage, stretch, stim. Heat on my hammy, cold on my knee.

I must have been really compesating, my left calf (were the ITB is a problem) is more developed than my right (I am a righty), and I am so much tighter on my left side. All the trigger points were super sensitive.


I have never been one to stretch, and now I am paying for it. Sad
