How much is too much exercise?

I workout pretty intensively for around 30 mins a day, 4 days in 5 witha rest day in between....

Is this too much?

I think it depends a lot on your nutrition, short term and long term. It depends on your body's ability to recover. You've gotta experiment and pay close attention to your feelings and performance.

If you don't feel tired after such trainings - it's good for you. But if you feel exhausted and everytime it's getting harder to do exercises - it's time to take a rest for 2-3 days or more.
