Is called the Philadelphia Story. It is about old Main Line Philadelphia (very old wealthy suburbs of which Radnor is smack dab in the middle of)
I should be very interesting to see how relevant it is to what I know about the township's neat history.

It's about Hope Montgomery Scott, and the palatial mansion is called Ardrossan. It's still used by her son and a lot of parties are still held there. (Katharine Hepburn, a notable Bryn Mawr alumna, starred in the movie.) Have fun.

that farm is still there actually, she keeps dairy cows there because her taxes are significantly lower having it as a "farm". Mrs. Scott owns a lot of property in the township through a lot of blind trusts. She owns just about every major office building also.

her daughter does, I meant to say. Ms. Scott is hugh supporter of the department also. She defines the definition of class.
