At the end of every season I always say 'Thats my final race, I'll concentrate more on coaching', but then I've been saying that for the past 23 years.
Our winter season which comprises a road relay. 10km. 15 km. and 1/2 marathon. XC relay. 8km.xc. 12km.xc. 16km.xc. plus a 13km. approx. King of the mountain.
Honestly, I'm really questioning running again this year, at times I feel so old, it's so easy to reflect on times and placings of years ago.
Still your only as good as your last race and theres nothing worse than not being in it.
Any reflections I may post in the future would be from a back of the pack prospective but I'll still be in there and having a dip
