Believe it or not, it wasn't Corned Beef and Cabbage.
Wife (The Irish one in the marriage...) did not get any so....
Went to the market, purchased some Spinach Fettucine (Excellent !! you should try it !!) and got a pack of Knorr's Creamy Pesto Sauce.
St Patrick's day Italian Style. Vive la difference !!
