The one down side to my great run yesterday is that I got runner's rash on my, to quote Monty Python's The meaning of Life, John Thomas.

I jumped in the shower after I got home and the water hit it and Shocked. This is the first time I ever had it in this area. I am not sure how it happened. I sure hope it doesn't happen again.

I don't know why I decided to share this but i did.

I don't think it was that. It looks like what my inner thighs look like if I get the same type of rash when I forgot to put some baby oil where my shorts sometimes rub me.

I've never had that happen. I've gotten a little rash on my inner thighs & underarms before due to excess rubbing. (But never on Mr. John Thomas.) A little Glide works wonders.

Actually the shorts I wore were the same ones I wore the week before for the 18 Mile race (after washing of course!)

Either my race tag was rubbing wrong or my shorts go so soaked from sweat and spilled water that it irritated them. I guess I will have to be careful running the next few days and no naughty
