Hi,
I have just recently started running again and I am looking for some good new shoes. The thing is that I wear prescription orthotics because I have flat feet.
I am not sure if I should buy a shoe that is wide enough that I can place my orthotics in or if I look for a shoes with a similar support.
What I am confused about is if I am really going to know if the shoe provides the same support that I should get with the orthotics.
At the same time, I am having a hard time finding shoes that I can feet the orthotics in. I always think the orthotic is not sitting correctly there. I
Do you guys have suggestions?
