We’ve developed a training system which is the most advanced in the world and will change forever the way runners train and compete. It’s absolutely free and we invite you to check it out at our Web site, http://runpacer.com/.

Comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Effective training is a two-step process. First, you have to create exercises which suit exactly the goals and abilities of the individual runner. Then you have to provide him with tools which will allow him to carry out that exercise precisely.

KIP has taken training to the next level with its FREE RunPacer program (www.runpacer.com). The first part of the system is an easy-to-use editor which allows the creation of every exercise imaginable: negative splits, up-down intervals and race simulations, etc. You can even run against a world record holder, just by creating an exercise which uses his splits.

The second part of the system converts the exercise to an MP3 file, which is uploaded to an MP3 player or a cellular phone with MP3 capability. After marking out a track (or any other running area) every ten meters, all the runner has to do is arrive at a marker whenever he hears a beep. If he falls of the pace, he can return with a minimum effort.
