The 2 year program. the "accelerated" one year program is all online (with the exception of clinicals of course). Which, despite my post count here , I don't like. So I decline. But the 2 year is actually live in person.
I'm so excited

understand, some of this medical stuff is better in person when it comes to comprehesion and clarification. very happy for you, it's nice when they tell you "yes" which version are you intrested in.

Thats what I would think. I can't believe its all online. It seems detrimental to those students, but obviously the school doesn't think so. I guess everyone has their own learning styles.

it explains to me the quality of some of the nurses i've seen
i can see the availablity issue though, either SAHM and those working.

No, well, they can't tell them no but they really discourage people with kids to not participate in that program, apparently you end up doing 60 hours a week of just studying the online stuff beffore your 24-36 hours of clinicals/week. I have no idea where a kid would fall in there. I really don't know who its good for. Hermits? You wouldn't see people. So if you hated people....

Don't forget to reserve your spot at Starbucks to study. That's what all the UC medical students do around here.
