Can you please tell us what sort of standards you are using to determine what is or is not a proper subject for "On Topic" and "Riff Raff Hangout" ? If we are going to play by your rules - can we see what they are ?
Its my understanding that Riff Raff is for any subject that comes to mind except running and On Topic is for items of serious discussion again not realted to running. All of the other forums are for what they say. Up to now, the "hall monitors" have done an excellent job of keeping people on the straight and narrow.
However, in the very short time you have been in the driver's seat, you seem to have shown a tendency to slam on the brakes very hard in what seems to us a capricious manner. Deleting posts seems very severe especially if they were not vulgar or threatening.
