So a friend of mine squirt some green goop into my bicycle tires about 2 years ago maybe. Does that stuff harden? Should it be changed out or something?

It would be impossible to change out. I think you'd be able to tell if it had hardened though.
Ride the bike around the block. Then pick on one end of the bike and give the wheel a little spin. If the same part of the tire always settles at the bottom, the stuff has hardened.

If it hardenes, your wheel will be heavier on one side than the other. I imagine that would make for a wonky ride.
New tubes are cheap. You can even get them pre-slimed (the green stuff).
