and for how many years has that been done.

This is the kind of crap we deal with daily with people being extra scared. Thing about it is, we have to take huge precautions and assume the worst.

this is what sucks about post 9-11, everyone thinks they are a target.

It's a federal crime to sprinkle flour in the streets?

it will be investigated that way until it is discovered it is flour.

though it could be understood as "risking a catastrophe" if the intent was to scare people.

the clubs intent was innocent but if a group put the powder down with the intent of scaring people they could be arrested.

It's the Carb-free Revolution! Flour is the toxic downfall of all modern man's problems. Sprinkling it on the streets is like lying a trail of arsenic!!

"No charges were filed, but the National Park Service is investigating to see if any federal laws were violated."

This is what is wrong with society. Hmmm, these people had no bad intentions, they meant no harm, they were simply marking the ground. Heck, they even did it in a way so it would wash away and not leave the ground marked, but the police have to make a big deal about it.

It is this simple. They marked the ground, period. Let it go. This burns me up. Especially after being arrested by robo cop for running and being sent to the back of the line for biking. (bad boy, you go to the end of the line.)

Are their no REAL crimes for the police to investigate? I bet they have a few open case files lying round, why not do a little investigating to see if they can solve the crime.

Our tax dollars at work! I really think they should do a few hundred million dollars worth of testing on the substance in question to make sure it really is flour. then they should send half the squad to teh manufacturer to insure thet the flour was indeed made and packaed according to guidelines.

Yeah, but somehow I think scattering broccoli florets wouldn't have had the same effect.

Maybe next time they should use empty beer bottles to mark the roads
