Is there a website for an overall fitness evaluation? One that measures strength, endurance and flexibility?

I haven't seen any. I think you would have to go to a place to get those attributes actually measured and then the evaluation. You could try a hospital, university or a (good) health club. Also, the USAT place in Clermont, FL does a whole body measurement and evaluation.
