It is the coming down afterwards. I experience it all the time at work. That is why the drive home is nice for me to get my thoughts together.

I'm so tired that doesn't even make sense. Embarassed (better than slow at work, spastic at home? If so, I agree, that was my old job, and we see how well that sort of thing works for me... )

Nurses are very busy people. I learned that a few weeks ago. They work long shifts, visit the patients a lot more than the doctors, and in my case corrected a doctor's mistake about medication to which I was allergic.

I had some really professional, kind nurses. Good luck to you.

So, here we are a bunch of college guys thinking: It must be great to marry a nurse. They can take care of you when you're sick and.. they know how to give massages !!!

Only after marriage did we realize after coming home from an eight hour shift at a hospital, the angel of mercy we married will likely say:

a. Get you own *&^%$% medication idiot !!

b. Massage ? What are you crazy ? Get one of them $40.00 massage gizmos at Brookstone if you want a massage !!

c. What did you cook for supper ?

so far I do really love it.

I wasn't joking about the fatigue...I slept for 11 hours last night Shocked but I think a lot of that was accumulated missed sleep due to late night studying.
