Had to put myself on the IR list due to sore lower back. Can't figure out what I did on Thursday that triggered the injury. Most strenuous things I did were..
1. Lift my coffeee cup. (Maybe it was the number of reps)
2. Answer the phone & work on the computer.
Either way not getting out the door for an occasional run sure stinks.

Yes, it does. You're in good company, SW, the bench is getting fuller by the minute...here, lemme make some room for ya.....
Maybe it was something you did beforehand? Sometimes with back injuries the damage is latent and doesn't always come out til something really dumb happens, like you turn the wrong way and OUCHIE.....I've done that with my neck before. Hope it gets better soon.
