I saw a lot of Stars and Stripes on houses and cars. But the coolest evah was this one guy out running carrying a HUGE American flag. I honked for him, as did most everyone else. It was pretty cool.

was listening to the radio on the way to preschool, and a caller had asked if everyone would turn on their headlights as a small gesture of remembering those who died on 9/11. Evidently everyone listens to Ace & TJ in the morning because a dozen or more cars lights came on. I thought that was very Cool

Nichole was excited because today the fire department was going to visit her school. I ask her why they were visiting and she said: dunno "Something about buildings and airplanes."

Geez.... and we were worried our children were going to be scarred for life.

My American flag it always out and I'm proud to have it there.

Got a new Nike baseball hat with an American Flag on it that I saved just for today. Had to wait for today.

Loved to have seen the runner with the flag and will turn my headlights on all day (great idea).

I often wondered...were there any field trips going on in WTC during the attack?

Gueesing no, based on the time of day. But then again (nothing disparaging meant) it is NYC.
