On location in Calgary. Day 0
Its cold here.
Its windy here.
The leaves are gone
The grass is brown
The fall colors are in full bloom.
Its awsome........... 
Oh and I decided to finally bring the scorch99 moniker to Riff Raff full time.

Yes,Yes,Yes & no.
Three yrs ago this weekend I ran the Chicago marathon,
I'm in town on vacation seeing some friends and just relaxing.
I had a chance to visit to celebrate the Canidian thanksgiving, so I decided to come on up for 10 days.
In the process I'm getting a chance to do some of the things I missed out on while I was here for the Stampede in July.
So I'll be visiting all over the city taking pictures, and hiking in Banff and Canomore while also see the local sights, and going to hockey games.
No races for me but will get out and run (good thing I brought the long underwear).
For the record I'm from the US in a state called Missouri.

I thought you lived in Overland Park, KS.
Note to others :: I'm not some sort of stalker, my sister lives in Overland Park so it was easy for me to remember.

On location in Calgary day 1 of 10.
Just got back from a 3 mile run and found it pretty awsome but a note to self........thermo top, gloves, hat, and split shorts that vent air makes the lower body coooooooooold!!!!!!!!
My friend Carrie lives on the northern part of Calgary where the Olympic ski jumps are, and you can see the full moon and stars out in their full glory.
Something I don't get with my living around tall buildings.
Oh the run was at 4 AM (mountain time) and only 5 kilometers.
I guess the fun part of this whole experience is the sun will rise around 7:45 AM this far north.

Morpheus is fine and used that as a way to seperate my scorch99 in Cool Running and Morpheus99 here.
It was for for awhile but I'd been planning to make the switch for quite sometime and felt now was the time while on location in Canada.
The really odd/funning thing is I'm writing a series of self-journals while here, and the central them seem to be getting back to nature in most of my self comments and felt S99 fit that phase of my writing/running than Morpheus.
For the record PH I live some 10 minutes away from Overland Park.

Keith, try out he Douglas Fir Trail...now that's an awesome run. It's close to where your staying. If Carrie doesn't know where it is, let me know, I might be up to it.
BTW...are you planning on doing the zoo?
