...just found out that my student worker who went to visit her parents in Bangladesh is OK!!!! Very Happy

Still waiting to hear about a friend in Malaysia though... Sad

Hope that the news from Malaysia is good for you.

That sucker really did a number; now they've said a dozen people lost their lives in Tanzania. Incredible, and incredibly sad.

also the animal preserve is saying that they had no large scale animla loss. as a matter of fact they had not found any animal corpses but lots of animals in the high grounds.

My thoughts too, did they feel the earthquake? could they feel a didference in air pressure caused by the water? is there a genetic memory? are they more observent? do they just have better sense than us? (read that either way)

in all seriousness, i have two friends who were vacationing in thailand. im not sure where they were and i think they were supposed to come home next week.
