is already setting in. I do my 8 miler this morning, head into the gym for crunches and leg lifts and then hit the shower. Get out of the shower only to realize that dumbass here forgot to bring a shirt to wear to work. Back home I go to find a shirt, 15 minutes late to work. Glad I don't work very far away....

One thing that bike commuting has taught me is how to plan for what to wear throughout the day. Too many days of going commando and I learned my lesson.
