Well the remnants of Frances have cleared out of the Northeast and the dew points have gone down to the 60's. Its absolutely fabulous out here today. 64 degs, nice soft breeze just GREAT !!
I suppose I'll go do a long run this PM before I go donate blood.

Still a little bit on the humid side in these parts, but the overall temp are in the 70's

It's not so nice hear, but I can't complain. It's about 65 and overcast. Prolly gonna hit about 89 today. But that should make for some great patio sitting while the department heads out early to go unwind with a cocktail. It's days like this when I love my job!
