 102 degrees tomorrow, heat index above 110. We are going to the lake with friends. They have a pontoon with a canopy where there will at least be some shade! I'm spending the day in the water!

The water is reflective and you'll get burned worse in the water than out.

It's actually raining in Phoenix! It surprised me last night to have it come down, thunder/lightening and all. Very loud and strong. Not something we get.
It's overcast today. Still expected to get into the 100's.

May not get as hot here today as figured. Heavy cloud cover is keeping the temp in the low 80. There was even a sprinkle at the end of the run this morning!

Its actually kinda nice here today. Clear blue sky no humidity, going to be in the 80's
