Put my head into my running more
Get my iPOD fixed
Get rid of the gopher that lives in my front yard
Enjoy my upcoming weeks traveling

goals goals goals!!
upppppdates.
today i did a 5k(ish) in 22 minutes (ish). i'm closing in on my goal - and am clocking a good 3 minutes faster then at the start of the month (could be simply due to conditions). but it's nice knowing i'm not that far off the mark.
i've been really good with my vegetables - and have made lunches everyday for work (even at 11pm the night before i started cooking!).
i haven't been able to get around driving to work... my stomach has been so upset in the morning - i can't get around my breakfast (i have stomach complications), my body hasn't really readjusted to the timing and i can't get up much earlier without sacrificing too much sleep.
been good with bedtimes - i actually fall asleep close to midnight now.
now i gotta add weights to my routine - and really crack down and get 3-4 runs a week instead of 2-3.
get 'ir done boys get 'ir done.
