Make it through today. And when tomorrow gets here, make it through that.
Right now, that's almost too much....

But for another one, how about... P O S T.......L E S S
Other than running-related I don't know. Survive the last week of July, probably. And (of course) meet as many Riff Raffers as possible. I have no goals with my job because I could possibly early-out if all the necessaries line up. But that process won't start 'til mid-summer at the earliest - if it does.

the mind is a powerful thing if you want it to be....
xsPrint - those are some quality times, the fastest i ever did was 451 in the 1500m (we don't do the mile in canada), that would've been in gr.11 i think. i don't think i'll ever see those times again

2005:
Set a 10 mile PR
Set a 10k PR (36:xx)
Run a 16:xx 5k
Run a sub 5:00 mile / 1600m
The first 2 are actually pretty easy, since the current PRs are kind of soft. The last 2 can happen in the Fall if I keep up my training and get a little luck on my side.

my goals this year, to have fun skating and train less. just taking 2005 off of comp.
however this saturday my goal is to skate 100 miles, appx 8 hours i'd say. (one of those is fitting)
get a small buisness running
recruit more skaters into the skate community.
2006 i plan to be back in force
