This is where I have to answer all the questions about the crap I threw into the budget...they have to sort out the good stuff from the fluff stuff that I really-don't-need-but-I-need-to-pad-the-budget.
If nothing else works I start talking about recombinant DNA drugs and then remark that 'they're expensive'.

Ten minute budget meeting, woohoo! Cut my dept expenses in half (who cares) and kept the drug budget at whatever number I made up in back in August!
