Hello
I have weak quads and hams that have plauged me with a multitude of overuse injuries. I was wondering if anyone knew an advanced leg routine to build mass and strength to the legs. Also, if anyone has general tips on achieving my goal then go ahead and drop your two cents.

If you can, you should definitely try and work out at a gym a couple times a week. There really is no replacements for machines if you want to specifically work your quads and hamstrings.
If you can't do that, or if you want additional things to do at home besides that, check this link out - http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_5/183.shtml

I agree getting to the gym. Squats, lunges, deadlifts, leg extensions.

Exercise squats, deadlifts, lunges, leg extensions, hamstring curl
Sets 3 or 4
Reps Decrease reps(12, 10, 8, 6) and increase weight for building mass
