Injured most of the month
3 bike rides totaling, 22.43 miles, 94 minutes
5 times lifted.
All in the beginning of the month before I was ordered to stop all activity but 
Hope to post some better numbers next month.

Grand total of 54 miles for me @ 8:56 per...lowest total of the year...will push it up to 100-120 miles for the next 2 months...still hoping to hit 1500 miles for the year...
Ran marathon on 09/29 and spent a week of virtually no running then about 30 miles in the next 10 days before running a half marathon on 10/20, where I set a PR...I've run just twice (11 miles) since the half marathon...

Ran one race with a time I'm very pleased with  , ran 2 runs that I were the toughest I've ever done--almost puked on my treadmill. 313 miles for the month and my Achilles seems to be handling it alright. My weight appears to be at a standstill--but I believe I'm losing some extra fat. It's been an "A" month.

One 18 mile run, a 20 mile run and a marathon. Since I don't have my logbook handy I can't provide much in the way of stats.
On track to top 1000 miles for the year--that is my goal.
