Now really, how can someone NOT know ?...
Mum of twins didn't know she was pregnant
A Stoke (England) woman had no idea she was having twins until she went into labour on the toilet.
Multiple sclerosis sufferer Claire Evans, 24, could not believe it when she began to have contractions.
She said: "I didn't have a clue I was pregnant. I didn't know what was happening."
Twins Charlie and Macie were 10 weeks premature. They are making good progress in hospital.

I have no Idea how you could not possibly know you're pregnant. Especially with twins!

My friend from high school had a baby and didn't know she was pregnant. She had only gained 10 lbs during the whole pregnancy and had the baby pre-mature. I know that with this baby I didn't feel her kicking until 5 months so it is somewhat understandable in my friend's case. Twins - hmmm...you'd think she would be kinda big (unless she is very overweight to begin with)...they were 10 weeks early.

My crazy, drunken former aunt did something similar. She looked a little fat, but never told anyone she was pregnant, and never told my uncle. I don't know if she really knew or not, but she said she didn't.
Unfortunately for the baby, she drnk heavily throughout her pregnancy (I mean like a bottle of bourbon a day) and the baby was born with Fetal Alcohol syndrome, learning and behavioral disabilities, and still has a hard time in social situations as a 22 year old.

I guess if you don't have regular menstrual cycles it's very possible.
My sis' ex-hubby is a twin that was born on a toilet. Mom knew she was pregnant....just not twins. She delivered while on the can and then while holding one boy starting screaming for her husband because the other was "slipping out"
oh....to have births like that

I know how pregnancy works. But I can't explain why some dimwits don't know they are with child. I heard however that pregnancy hormones do funny things with your brain.
