My guess is that a 100 lb plus catfish would be like eating an old boot....
I ate a 12 pounder I caught a couple of years ago and it was pretty nasty. I'll stick with walleye and perch......

I think the limit on catfish is 5-6 lbs or so. Anything larger than that gets exponentially less tasty.
