As running forums grows, so does the need for a more guided forum. I've decided to promote a few members to moderators so here's your chance to get in on the action. I'll be accepting applications for moderators via PM. If you're interested, send me the name of the forum you'd like to moderate and a few good reasons I should choose you and what you're experience/qualifications may be. You DON'T have to be a UBB master or anything like that.
As a moderator, you can - edit posts
- delete posts
- sticky and announce threads
- delete threads
- move threads to the appropriate forum
- Lock/unlock threads
- Split threads (although it's never been done)
As a moderator, you can't As a moderator, you should- keep your forum on topic
- keep the peace
The forums that are going to need moderators- Starting Line
- Mid-Packers
- Training Tales and Race Reflections
- Track 'Meets'
- Reviews You Can Use
- Water, Weights and Wheels
- Health, Wellness and Nutrition
I'll accept applications from now until Sunday evening. Sometime next week, I'll make the announcements and do the promoting.

I wish I had the time...the weights thing sounds fun cuz I know a lot about that, and I know a some about bikes...but the water 
Glad there is no ban button...I would probably ban myself
