Not much to report for me as I spent most of the month on IR
No cycling mileage to report (did log some time on the trainer at PT)
Running Mileage: 11.8 (only counting time on the roads, did have some time on the mill at PT)
Lifting: 4 times at 35 minutes

I had a pretty good month:
122.0 miles
Time: 17h 25m 08s
Avg. Pace: 8:34/mile
The next couple of weeks will be lighter as I taper for my first marathon.

My doghouse like Snoopy's house, it is much bigger inside
I was working on my base training schedule and it calls for over 50 hours in the peak month She is out shopping for front and garage doors, I can't wait to see what the peak month will cost me
