A woman who is confident about herself and dresses stylishly. This does not mean $ 850.00 embroidered jeans and a Hermes' bag. It implies a desire to make what Italians call: "Una Bella Figura" (A good image).
That said, nothing sexier than a lady in a nice pair of jeans, a nice blouse - preferrably with a sweater.
