I can pick up and go whenever, wherever I want.
I can leave the dogs at home, unlike a kid (apparently there are laws that make you take them everywhere).

I don't feel guilty going out
I don't have to grade papers and help with the kids homework
No children playing at my house, eating my food...
One drawback...no halloween candy to steal.
