Is where we'll be tomorrow. Dancing Banana

About mid-day today, I made the executive decision that working on Friday just isn't going to happen. Five minutes of planning with the mrs. on the phone and presto! we're off to the mountains for the weekend.

My run on Saturday will start at 3500 feet. I. can't. wait.

Sweeeeeet!!! NC is some bee-you-ti-ful territory! That's next stop for me on the college tour. Hopefully it'll end up being the last.

I was thinking along the same line as you Rolling Rock...

"In my mind I'm goin' to Carolina
Can't you see the sunshine
Can't you just feel the moonshine
Maybe just like a friend of mine
It hit me from behind
Yes I'm goin' to Carolina in my mind"

Gotta love the Carolinas!!! Cool

Do you ever go to work? Every time I PM you about a local race, it's either a) I'm on vacation those days or b) Soccer practice.

I hear they have reasonable rates...if not a comfortable vacation climate.

It is a very relaxed atmosphere--very laid back from what I have heard...

Of course I do. I work 45-50 hours most weeks.

I spent the bulk of a very stressful day on Thursday entertaining the GBI. I thought it would be swell to take my family to the mountains a day early since my schedule was clear on Friday.
