wow, what a dork!
actually I would have bookmarked it too IF i thought I would ever be able to do that kind of meal. But I know that as long as I am working for a church there is no chance of me ever cooking a big meal on Christmas Eve.

We go to my wifes grand parents(her grandfather is Italian) and they have the a feast along those lines. It has changed over the recent years with not a many of their siblings around. I haven't never seen so many courses for one meal in my life. The have the Baccala, the calamari, the pasta with anchovies, and a bunch of other dishes without fish. It is a great time and the tradition of the night always puts me in aw.
