I finalized my night riding set-up.

On the rear...

and

and on the front

and

The main headlight is a 10W/20W set up and works really well. The other headlight I have mounted to my helmet for a back up and to see things that aren't right in front of the bike.

For added visibility, I've got a vest like this except in orange.

That's my backup headlight. I may whip that out in mid-winter though because it's a 30W. It's like riding in daylight.

Put one of those flashers on your left upper arm with strap. When the cars get closer they can still see the flasher.

Nice to see you taking the time to be careful.
