I fold. I would like to lose 10 pounds this summer though. Must stop eating for 18 hours a day though for that to happen.

1. I would like to make it back down to 120-125lb range.
2. Finish a half Marathon in 2:15:00
3. Tone... I would say one baody part, but who am I kidding - lets go for the whole body!

I should raise you to a 30, that would be very nice. But it would be the first time I'd seen that number since High school....
if I made it 40 It would be in swim team weight range

1. Lose another 18-20lbs.

2. Finish the MS150.

3. Get a new job.

4. Sell the house.

5. Move.

The last 3 aren't strictly physical, but will go a long way to improve my mental health.
