1) break 37 for the 10 k (or make it to 36:XX)
2) break 18 for 5k
3) stay injury free
4) be a member of a running club

if you can do a 36xx 10k, should a 17xx for a 5k be fairly easy to attain?

your essentially going twice the distance at the same pace... Neutral

go all summer without getting banned

Get through the Aug 5th haring without getting snared.
