Hi all!
I just found you all from the Cool Running forum Profiles! I was making my own.
Ive been running about 2.5 weeks now. Hated running in high school and college, but in the last 7 months I have been walking and working out to help me lose weight and discovered running. I am obsessed!
I am working on the Couch to 5K program from the Cool Running site and it is working well for me! I run on a treadmill for now, but when the weather gets better I plan to get out in the sun!
Looking forward to meeting you all and learning a LOT!

JoviMom, Welcome!! Always happy to have another running junkie on board. We definitely need some more representation from the Pacific Northwest...beautiful places to run out there. Keep us posted on your program!

Hi Everyone!
Thanks so much to you all for the welcome! I have a feeling this will be a fun place to hang out! I didnt have a whole lot of time yesterday to browse as much as I would have liked to, so today I will spend some more time!
Akern - YES!! I am a HUGE Bon Jovi Fan! HUGE! Since 1984 when "Runaway" hit the airwaves! My kids are fans and my MP3 player is loaded with BonJovi when I run. My car even has the JoviMom Plates (Gift from my family) and I am hoping for the frame "Not Old Just Older, Powered by Bon Jovi" for Mother's day!
I will be leaving shortly to get my kids to school then off to do my run! I will be back to check in later!
