Hi all, thought i would introduce myself since im new to your home.
Ill start by saying that unlike most of you on here, im not a seasonal runner at all. I run mainly for purpose than pleasure thats for sure. I'm a runners other half lol. My lifestyle is a little different as i am into weightlifting and bodybuilding. But cardio plays an important role when adjusting your body to certain goals. I've been lifting for many years now and help mod a bodybuilding forum as well, im always happy to answer questions and help people out.

I actually came across this site by accident when i was randomly searching some cardio information. I came upon a thread created by a young weightlifter that came here asking questions about types of running effective for fat loss that he should add in his routine, and as i read through the replies i noticed all the mixed opinions, being that this is a site with runners, lol. So i thought not only is there usefull info here, but i could throw in my 2cents and help people out with certain topics as well. Respect.
